What Size Is The Model?

Our Model is 5'3 and weighs 142lbs she normally wears S/M numeric sizes she ranges between 7 and 9 in bottoms and small/medium in tops. Model specifics would always be placed in the description section of the item.

How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?

Knowing how important your order is we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. With this In mind, we cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. However, once your items are delivered to you, the option of returning the Items are applicable If it meets the return criteria. CLICK HERE to review our return policy. 

How Can I Track My Package?

There are a few options available for tracking packages:

  • After placing an order customers are given the option to enter their phone number to receive tracking updates via sms.
  • In the shipping confirmation email, customers will receive a link with tracking Information. With that, customers have the option to track the package progress up until the package is delivered.
  • Customers have the option of entering the tracking number that was emailed in the shipping confirmation directly onto the carriers site (USPS.COM).

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

There are a few reasons why an order could be cancelled

  • The item(s) are sold out.
  • There is a delay in replenishing products.
  • We are unable to verify your billing address and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your orders cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

What If My Card Declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

I forgot to use my discount code at checkout, what do I do next?

Unfortunately, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has been finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

Why Didn't I Get Free Shipping Applied To My Order?

Free shipping is applied to domestic (U.S) orders over that has a subtotal $75 or greater.  If the subtotal is less unless stated otherwise the shipping fee will not be waived.


Please be mindful of the subtotal after applying discount codes because the subtotal fluctuates according to codes and if the subtotal is less than the designated price point, shipping would not be waived.

What Are Final Sale Items?

Items such as: bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and sale Items are considered final sale and non-returnable.

How Do I Purchase An Item If It Is Out Of Stock?

We receive New Arrivals frequently and restock our best selling and most popular items. Simply visit the product page of your favorites and click the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" and once the item is restocked you would know first via email.
